SHIPPING

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-10 business days after purchase, depending on the product chosen. The shipment time varies, due to product availability as all our products are handmade.

Shipping fees and times:

Finland: 7,90€ (if the purchase is under 100 €). The product (products) will be shipped within 1-10 business days.

International: 20€ (if the purchase is under 250€) The product (products) will be shipped within 2-10 business days

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Please notify us before returning your order. We will provide you with a return shipping code, which you can write on the package. We will cover the return shipping cost and deduct a return shipping fee of €7.90 from your refund.

Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within a week. Uncollected packages from the postal office do not count as a return.

Tailored-made products cannot be returned. If there is anything wrong with the product, we will gladly correct it.
